Blood sugar and the liver

With NNMT blocked, insulin sensitivity improves and fat is cleared from the liver. NNMT is high in the liver in metabolic disease, and lowering it shifts the liver back toward burning fat. Fasting glucose and cholesterol fall in obese animals.
