Small fibre neuropathy
Burning, tingling, numb or electric feet and hands come from damaged small nerve fibres. Ara-290 at 4 mg a day for 28 days eased pain and raised corneal nerve fibre area. Skin biopsies showed more growing nerve tips. This is its core use.
