Going up and down

You adjust the water, never the powder. If a dose reads as fewer than 5 units, use more water on the next vial so the same dose reads 10 to 20 units and is easy to see. If one dose takes most of the barrel, use less water next time. A wider spread is also kinder when a schedule steps up or down, since small changes stay readable on the syringe.
