The schedule

Take one injection a day at the same time. Mix the 70 mg vial with 3 mL of water to get about 23 mg per mL. Then 1.4 mg is 0.06 mL, or 6 units on an insulin syringe, and 2.1 mg is 0.09 mL, or 9 units. Inject in the belly.
