BPC-157 · What it helps
Tendons and ligaments
Tendons and ligaments are the slowest tissues to heal because they carry so little blood. BPC-157 brings new vessels into the injured zone and makes tendon cells move in and lay down fibre. In rats with cut Achilles tendons, the tendons healed stronger and with better structure. This is why it is the first peptide most people reach for after a sprain, tear or tendinitis.
