BPC-157 · How it works
Tendon cells that grow and move
Tendons heal slowly because they have few cells and little blood. In tendon cells, BPC-157 turns on FAK and paxillin, the proteins that let a cell grip and crawl along a surface. It also raises the growth hormone receptor on those cells, so the body's own growth hormone pushes them harder into the JAK2 growth pathway. The result is more tendon cells that survive, spread and fill the gap.
