BPC-157
What you will notice
In the first week or two, many people notice less pain and stiffness at the injured spot and a calmer stomach. By weeks 2 to 4, movement gets easier, swelling goes down and you can load the area more. From weeks 4 to 8, the tissue itself is stronger: you train or work without the old flare. Over a longer run with breaks, old injuries stop coming back and digestion stays settled.
