Cagrilintide and Semaglutide Blend · How it is taken
The schedule
One injection a week, same day, any time, with or without food. Weeks 1 to 4: 0.5 mg of blend. Weeks 5 to 8: 1 mg. Weeks 9 to 12: 2 mg. Weeks 13 to 16: 3.4 mg. Week 17 on: 4.8 mg. Each amount is half cagrilintide and half semaglutide.
