Going up and down

Step up every 4 weeks only when the current dose feels easy. If nausea or fullness is strong, hold the same dose for another 4 weeks. Many people reach their goal on 2 to 3.4 mg of blend and hold there. Once the goal is reached, come down one step at a time to the lowest dose that holds it.
