Cagrilintide and Semaglutide Blend
What it is
CagriSema combines two of the body's meal signals. Cagrilintide copies amylin, the fullness hormone released with insulin at every meal. Semaglutide copies GLP-1, the gut hormone that quiets hunger and steadies insulin. The blend sold under this name carries the two in a 1 to 1 ratio by weight, so each injection delivers the same amount of each. Both carry fatty acid tails that bind albumin, so both last a full week and travel together.
