Cagrilintide and Semaglutide Blend
In people
People on CagriSema feel hunger fall and meals end sooner within the first weeks. Over about a year and a half at full dose, body weight falls by about 20 percent on average, and many lose a quarter or more. The waist, blood pressure and triglycerides fall alongside. In people with type 2 diabetes, HbA1c falls by around 1.8 points and most reach target. Early effects are nausea, fullness, constipation and burping, mostly during the step-ups, and they ease once the dose is steady.
