Cagrilintide
In people
People on cagrilintide feel full sooner and stay full longer, with meals naturally getting smaller from the first weeks. Over about a year, body weight falls by around 10 to 12 percent at the working doses, and the waist and blood pressure come down with it. After-meal blood sugar is flatter. The most common early effects are mild nausea, fullness and constipation, usually gentler than with GLP-1 products, and they settle within a few weeks of each step. Many people describe it as eating like a naturally slim person: stopping because they are done, not because they are fighting.
