Cerebrolysin · How it works
Neuron shield
Cerebrolysin limits excitotoxicity, the overfiring that kills neurons after injury. It lowers free radicals and calms microglia, the brain's immune cells. In nerve cells bathed in high sugar, it protects against the glucose damage that drives diabetic neuropathy. The cell keeps its energy and its connections.
