Cerebrolysin
What it is
Cerebrolysin is not one peptide. It is a defined mix of low-weight brain peptides and amino acids taken from pig brain protein by controlled enzyme digestion. The peptides are under 10 kDa, small enough to pass into the brain, and it is used in over 50 countries. Its peptides behave like nerve growth factors: they keep neurons alive, regrow connections and calm brain inflammation. Each clinical mL holds 215.2 mg of the concentrate, and peptide suppliers sell it dried in 60 mg vials.
