CJC-1295, with DAC
What it is
CJC-1295 with DAC is the four-times-protected GRF(1-29) with an extra lysine at the end carrying a maleimide linker. Once injected, that linker bonds to cysteine 34 on albumin, the most common protein in blood. The peptide then rides on albumin with a half-life of about 6 to 8 days, still able to reach the pituitary's GHRH receptor. The result is a steady raised floor of growth hormone with the natural pulses still on top.
