CJC-1295, without DAC
What it is
CJC-1295 without DAC is a 29 amino acid GHRH analog, often called Mod GRF(1-29). Four swaps protect it: D-alanine at position 2 blocks the DPP-4 enzyme that chops natural GHRH in minutes, glutamine at 8 stops a breakdown reaction, alanine at 15 tightens its fit on the receptor, and leucine at 27 stops oxidation. It has no albumin-binding tail, so it still gives a sharp pulse that ends, like the body's own. It is the most common partner for ipamorelin.
