CJC-1295, without DAC
The story
Natural GHRH breaks down within minutes, which made sermorelin weak. In the 1990s and early 2000s, chemists worked out the four substitutions that protect GRF(1-29), and the Montreal company ConjuChem used this tetrasubstituted GRF as the core of its CJC-1295 programme. ConjuChem's team, led by Lucie Jetté and colleagues, published the work in 2005. The version without the albumin-binding DAC tail became the practitioner favourite because it boosts the pulse while leaving the body's rhythm untouched.
