DSIP, Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide · How it works
Slow-wave sleep
DSIP was named for the delta waves of deep sleep that appeared when it was given to rabbits. Deep slow-wave sleep is the stage where growth hormone is released, memories are filed and the brain clears waste. DSIP shifts the sleep pattern toward this stage and makes sleep less broken. It works best when sleep has been disrupted by stress.
