Epithalon
What it is
Epithalon is a pineal bioregulator: four amino acids, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly. The pineal gland sits deep in the brain and sets the body clock through melatonin, and its output falls steadily after 40. Epithalon restores that night melatonin rise in people whose pineal output is low. It also turns on telomerase in ordinary body cells, so telomeres, the caps that shorten with every cell division, grow back. It works on the clock and on the cell's own ageing counter at the same time.
