GHRP-6 Acetate · How it works
CD36 and tissue protection
GHRP-6 binds CD36 on heart muscle, blood vessels and other tissues, separate from growth hormone. Through it, cells survive low oxygen better: less cell death, less free-radical damage, better mitochondrial function. The Cuban group showed less heart damage after blocked blood flow and better recovery of liver and gut tissue. It is a repair signal as well as a growth signal.
