Going up and down
Weeks 1 and 2: 1.4 mg a day. From week 3: 2 mg a day, which gives 1.4 mg GHK-Cu, 400 mcg TB-500 and 200 mcg BPC-157. Stay at 1.4 mg if the copper sting is strong.
