Glutathione
Why it is for you
Glutathione suits anyone with a high oxidative or toxin load: blood sugar problems, fatty liver, alcohol use, smoking, mould or metal exposure, chronic infection, heavy training, or age. The root-cause picture is a cell that makes free radicals faster than it can clear them. It pairs with NAD+ for mitochondrial energy, with alpha lipoic acid and vitamin C which it recycles, and with selenium and N-acetylcysteine that feed it. Mitochondrial peptides like SS-31 work better with it underneath.
