Sperm production

FSH and LH together restart sperm production when the pituitary has gone quiet. In men with low pituitary output, adding an FSH source to hCG brings sperm back faster and more often than hCG alone. The full sperm cycle takes about 74 days, so change shows over three months. Count, movement and shape all improve.
