The schedule

Inject one 75 IU vial under the skin of the belly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. hCG is usually given on the same days or twice a week. Russian practice uses 75 to 150 IU a day with hCG 1000 to 3000 IU for 3 months in men with low pituitary output. The three-times-a-week schedule is the common practitioner version for men on or coming off testosterone.
