IGF-1 LR3 · How it is taken
Mixing and storage
Add 1 mL bacteriostatic water to the 0.1 mg vial slowly down the side and swirl. That gives 100 mcg per mL, so 20 mcg is 20 units, 40 mcg is 40 units and 50 mcg is 50 units on an insulin syringe. Many use 0.6 percent acetic acid in place of water because it keeps IGF-1 stable longer. Keep powder in the freezer or fridge; after mixing, fridge and use within 3 weeks.
