The schedule

Take one injection a day, at the same time each day. With a 10 mg vial mixed in 2 mL of water, 250 mcg is 0.05 mL, or 5 units on an insulin syringe, and 500 mcg is 10 units. For the gut, capsules of 250 to 500 mcg are taken once or twice a day by mouth.
