Entering gut cells through PepT1

PepT1 is a transporter on gut lining cells that normally carries small peptides from food into the cell. When the gut is inflamed, PepT1 rises on the lining. KPV rides PepT1 straight into the inflamed cells. That puts it right where it is needed.
