KPV, Lysine-Proline-Valine · How it works
Switching off NF-kB
NF-kB is the master switch that turns on inflammatory genes. Inside the cell, KPV blocks NF-kB and the MAP kinase pathway. Output of inflammatory signals such as IL-8, IL-6 and TNF-alpha falls. The inflamed lining calms and can rebuild.
