Lemon Bottle · How it works
Lecithin and riboflavin, and what they actually do
Lecithin is a mixture of phospholipids, the same class of molecule your own cell membranes are built from, and it acts as an emulsifier: it lets fat and water mix and sit together. Riboflavin is vitamin B2, the backbone of FAD and FMN, the two carriers that let your mitochondria burn fat and sugar for energy. Those are real roles, and they are also why the marketing language around this product is loose: being an emulsifier in a bottle is a different thing from emulsifying fat inside a person, and being a cofactor in fat burning is a different thing from causing it. The maker publishes neither the amounts nor a mechanism tying them to fat loss.
