Its distributor's position is clear and it sets the route: the original ampoule is for external use, on the skin, and not for injection. In practice that means a trained operator in a clinic cleans the area, rolls a microneedle roller over it to open the outer skin, and works the ampoule in across the treated patch, which is how the maker-side measurement was done. Sessions run about once a week, with changes measured across four weeks. The ampoule carries no preservative and is used fully in one sitting.
