Lipo-C, with Vitamin B12 · How it works
Vitamin B12 and the methyl cycle
Vitamin B12 is the cofactor for methionine synthase, the enzyme that turns homocysteine back into methionine, which keeps the SAM methyl supply running. It is also the cofactor for methylmalonyl-CoA mutase, which feeds odd-chain fats into the energy cycle inside the mitochondria. Low B12 brings fatigue, poor focus and raised homocysteine. In this blend it completes the methionine cycle the other ingredients depend on.
