LL-37, Cathelicidin · What it helps
Chronic and hidden infection
LL-37 kills a wide range of bacteria, including resistant strains, plus fungi like Candida and enveloped viruses. It breaks up biofilm, the slime shield that lets chronic infections hide. This is why it is used for stubborn, recurring infections. It pairs with Thymosin Alpha-1 for the adaptive side.
