LL-37, Cathelicidin
Why it is for you
LL-37 suits people with recurring or chronic infections, biofilm problems such as sinus, gut or urinary infections that keep coming back, slow wounds, or mould and Lyme-type illness. The root-cause picture is a weak front-line defence, often with low vitamin D. It pairs with vitamin D3, which switches on your own LL-37 gene, with Thymosin Alpha-1 for the adaptive immune side, and with BPC-157 and TB-500 for tissue repair.
