Mazdutide · How it works
The GLP-1 signal
Through GLP-1 receptors in the hypothalamus and brainstem, mazdutide quiets hunger and food noise. It slows the stomach so meals last longer. In the pancreas it makes insulin release follow blood sugar. This holds glucose steady while the glucagon arm releases fuel.
