Mazdutide
What it is
Mazdutide is a dual GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist. It copies oxyntomodulin, the gut hormone that does both jobs naturally after a meal. The GLP-1 arm controls hunger, stomach speed and insulin. The glucagon arm burns liver fat and raises energy use. A fatty acid tail lets one injection last a week.
