Mazdutide
In people
People on mazdutide feel their appetite fall within the first weeks. Over about a year, body weight falls by around 11 percent at 4 mg and 14 percent at 6 mg, and half of people at 6 mg lose at least 15 percent. The waist shrinks, liver fat falls, and blood pressure, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and uric acid come down. Fasting sugar and HbA1c fall. Early effects are mild nausea, loose stools, burping and reduced appetite, mostly during the first steps, and they ease as the body adapts.
