Melatonin
Why it is for you
Melatonin suits people over 50, people who cannot fall asleep at night but are tired, shift workers, frequent flyers and anyone whose sleep clock has drifted. The root-cause picture is a weak or mistimed night signal, often from age, screens and bright evening light. It pairs with Epithalon, which restores the pineal gland, with DSIP for deep sleep, with glutathione for antioxidant support, and with dark evenings and morning sunlight.
