Mixing and storage

Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg vial for 5 mg per mL; 5 mg is 1 mL (100 units) and 2.5 mg is 0.5 mL (50 units). For a 40 mg vial add 4 mL for 10 mg per mL. Swirl, never shake. Keep powder cool and dark; once mixed keep it in the fridge and use it within 28 days.
