The schedule

There are two different clocks in this molecule and that shapes everything. The arousal and appetite effects are same-day and wear off within hours, so they follow occasion rather than routine. Pigment is cumulative and needs repeated dosing across one to three weeks before colour is visible, then far less to hold it. The human work used single doses on separate occasions with gaps between them, and the person was assessed and observed each time.
