Melanotan II, MT-2
Why it is for you
The root-cause picture this fits is central: desire and arousal that are missing at the level of the wiring rather than the blood vessels, and that is where this molecule family earned its reputation and its medicine. It also fits skin that cannot make enough dark pigment to defend itself, and it has a real appetite lever on top. The honest counterweight is its breadth: nothing here can be aimed at one target, so somebody wanting only colour gets the nausea and the arousal too, and somebody wanting only arousal gets the pigment, which matters most for anyone with many, irregular or changing moles. If arousal is the whole goal, PT-141 is the relative built for it with the pigment left behind, and if pigment is the whole goal, Melanotan I is the narrower tool. Before anyone goes near it, moles should be mapped and photographed by a dermatologist, and this is the one step with no substitute. The work of giving it belongs with a clinician who is following you.
