NAD+ · What it helps
Healthy ageing and DNA repair
Every day the cell repairs thousands of DNA breaks, and PARP1 pays for each one in NAD+. When NAD+ is short, repair slows and damage builds. Keeping NAD+ topped up supports genome care, stem cell function and the sirtuin programme that slows cellular ageing. This is why it is called the floor that the rest of a longevity protocol stands on.
