Mixing and storage

Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to the 2 mg vial, which gives 1 mg in each mL, so 10 mcg is 1 unit and 20 mcg is 2 units on an insulin syringe. For easier measuring, add 4 mL: then 10 mcg is 2 units. Swirl, never shake. Keep powder cool and dark, and keep mixed vials in the fridge and use them within 28 days.
