Pinealon · How it works
Direct gene tuning
Pinealon is small enough to reach the nucleus and bind histone proteins and DNA. It changes the activity of the MAPK/ERK growth pathway and the delayed ERK 1/2 signal. It lifts the antioxidant enzymes SOD2 and GPX1 and lowers caspase-3 and p53, the cell-death switches. This is gene-level repair rather than a surface signal.
