PNC-27 · What it helps
Pancreatic cancer cells
This is where the family started and where the animal evidence is strongest. The sibling peptide PNC-28, given into the abdominal cavity of mice over two weeks, completely destroyed implanted pancreatic tumours, and blocked new growth at a distant site during and after dosing. Normal rat pancreatic cells and human breast epithelial cells were unaffected, and so was the development of human stem cells. Pancreatic cancer is the hardest common cancer to treat, which is why that result drew attention.
