Retatrutide · What it helps
Liver fat
The glucagon arm acts directly on liver cells, turning on fat oxidation and pulling triglyceride out of the liver. In people with fatty liver, liver fat falls by more than 80 percent at the higher doses, and in most it returns to normal within a year. A clean liver responds to insulin again and stops overproducing glucose. This is the single biggest root-cause target for metabolic disease.
