Mixing and storage

Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg vial, slowly down the side of the glass, then swirl gently until clear. That gives 5 mg per mL, so 2 mg is 0.4 mL, or 40 units on a U-100 syringe. A 20 mg vial with 2 mL gives 10 mg per mL. Before mixing keep the vial cold and dark, in the freezer for long storage; after mixing keep it in the fridge at 2 to 8 C and use within 28 days.
