Retatrutide
What it is
Retatrutide is a once weekly triple agonist. It acts like three of your own hormones at once: GIP and GLP-1 from the gut, and glucagon from the pancreas. GIP and GLP-1 tell the body food has arrived, quiet hunger and steady insulin. Glucagon tells the liver to burn stored fat and raises the body's energy use. One molecule carries all three signals, so appetite drops and fat burning rises at the same time.
