Retatrutide
What you will notice
In the first one or two weeks, hunger drops sharply and portions shrink; some feel mild nausea or fullness for a day or two after the shot. In weeks 2 to 4, cravings fade and weight falls about 1 kilogram a week. In weeks 4 to 8, as the dose steps up, the waist shrinks, clothes loosen and fasting sugar falls; energy often improves as the liver clears. Over 3 to 12 months, weight keeps falling steadily, liver fat clears, triglycerides and blood pressure fall, and the scale becomes the signal for when to stop stepping up.
