Mixing and storage

Add 5 mL bacteriostatic water to a 5 mg vial for 1 mg per mL, and move it to a clean nasal spray bottle. A 0.1 mL spray holds 100 mcg, so 3 sprays is 300 mcg. Keep the powder cool and dark. Once mixed, keep it in the fridge and use it within 28 days.
