The schedule

Spray 300 mcg into the nose in the morning and 300 mcg in the early afternoon, 600 mcg a day. Split it between both nostrils. Skip the evening, since it lifts drive. The Russian register uses 200 to 2,000 mcg per dose and 500 to 5,000 mcg a day, so this start sits low in a wide band.
